the personal information you provide to us. Our privacy policy
not only respects and protects your privacy, it also provides
you with the right to review, correct or delete information specifically
concerning you.

As required by law and good business practices, we maintain your
student records and correspondence when you enroll in one of our
programs. When you communicate with McKinley College we will collect
and store certain personal information in our customer database.
This information could include contact and demographic information
as well as other information such as your name, address, phone
number, e-mail address, zip code or your age. In addition, we
may collect certain financial information such as your credit
card number or your mother's maiden name in order to process your
order and collect payment.
Cookies or script may be used to collect any of the information
described above. You may adjust your Internet browser to disable
the use of cookies and scripts; however, some functionalities
of this website may not be available without them.
Use of Information
We do not share your private student records or your grades, except
as may be required by law. We will not disclose private information
such as your credit card number or other personal financial information.
The only exception would be in the unlikely event that such information
is necessary to collect payment.
Occasionally we may use the information you provide to help us
improve our service, or to enable us to inform you about other
products and services that may benefit you. Personal contact information
and demographic information about our students and inquirers is
occasionally shared with reputable business partners such as advertisers
and other third parties.
Your Rights
You may review and approve the information about you collected
upon your enrollment in one or more of our programs. You may “opt-out”
of any third party disclosure of that information or its use in
ways unrelated to the operation of the website. Upon request,
we will change or correct personal information that is erroneous.
You should understand that information about you in our database
may come from a number of sources, including previous contacts
or orders made by you and third party mailing lists. If you decide

Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect any personal
information that you may provide to us. However, we cannot guarantee
that your submissions to our website, any content residing on
our servers or any transmissions from our server will be completely
secure. Student online assistance and online exams can only be
accessed with a valid student number. You are responsible for
keeping your student number secret and confidential, and for notifying
us if you believe that your student number has been stolen or
might otherwise be misused.
